RedBox+ Dumpsters is seeking a skilled Lead Driver to join our team in the roll off division. As a Lead Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating our roll off trucks and coordinating the transportation of waste materials.

Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites. Timely communication and accurate reporting verbally as well as through our mobile app are essential.
The best fit for this role is an individual who enjoys creating working relationships with project managers, respects homeowners, and their property puts safety first, manages their time appropriately, understands the importance of logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B commercial driver's license
- Proven experience in the roll off industry and driving large commercial vehicles
- Must be in the NC Triad
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to lead and manage a team of drivers efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety protocols and regulations
- Must pass a road test evaluation
Responsibilities
- Deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely
- Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining a high level of efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
- Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain relationships with project managers
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles
- Empty containers at disposal sites
- Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system
- Tarp containers during transports
- Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
